We do extensive Quality Assurance of all products in each curation, both in-house as well as testing by a third-party accredited testing laboratory, for the highest quality testing possible. If you receive a product in your curation that is damaged please contact Member Experience at concierge@curateur.com within 30 days of receiving your shipment. A Member Experience Advocate will take care of everything for you within 72 business hours.
